This event is brought to you by Seva Seed - a local organisation looking to inspire and support people to make more environmentally sustainable choices by revitalising current menstrual practices in Singapore.
There will be a guided sewing workshop where you will learn how to make your very own reusable sanitary pad using simple techniques so that you can recreate it at home too. Learn how it has many benefits to your health, wellbeing and also the environment!
During the event, you will learn all about Seva Seed’s activities working with underprivileged communities outside of Singapore and how you can contribute too.
To kick off the workshop, there will be a 1 hour gentle, energising yoga session led by Kathy Gabriel (@dirtyhippieyogi). Expect some fun movements, laughter and deep relaxation on a Saturday afternoon.
Space is limited so ensure you book your spots early. Please bring your own mats.
